Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival along with the full contact details of the person who will be collecting the keys on arrival. Please note there is a cleaning fee of GBP 50.
No parties are accepted in the apartments and no noise is accepted past 23:00.
A security/damages deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Only the number of people stated on the occupancy room type 網路訂飯店交易成功can be accommodated at the booked apartment.
Please note that the person named on the card used to book must be present and provide photo ID at check in. If this is not possible it will be necessary for the card holder to complete a third party authorisation form prior to check in.
On arrival at either location, guest credit card details will be taken for pre-authorisation purposes. The contract will be signed again and a photocopy of a valid passport ) will be taken for identification purposes. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

南投好農堂 研習取得農民身分

南投縣政府為提昇農民農業經營、作物栽培管理技術，發展南投縣在地特色農產業，並鼓勵青年返鄉發展，結合中寮鄉農會開辦「南投好農堂」農業實務訓練班，規畫5天40小時訓練課程，吸引87人參訓。
南投縣長林明溱表示，在他擔任立委時，多次遇到農民反映，因法令限制，無法順利申租國有地，為協助農民，去年起開辦「南投好農堂」，協助非農校畢業青年取得40小時農業專業訓練時數證明，取得農民身分，除幫助農民順利申租土地、加入產銷班、設立休閒農場，深獲好評，明年將繼續辦理。
中寮「南投好農堂」訓練課程以中寮地區特色產物為主，並安排農地利用與管理、承租國有耕地等法規說明，課程於7月10、11日及17至19日分5天進行，內容有香蕉、紅龍果、龍眼、柑橘類栽培管理、認識肥料及有機質肥料功效與製做等課程，完成40小時課程，可得研習證明書。
世大運風光落幕，有超高人氣的吉祥物熊讚卻在臉書貼文感嘆「我...失業了」，還預告今(1)日就要到就業服務處登記找新工作，對此，熊讚的老闆、台北市長柯文哲表示，熊讚還是台北市的代言人，它如果要找工作，也應該是以台北市政府的工作優先。
柯文哲說，熊讚也算是世大運要善後的工作之一，台北市的吉祥物有很多種，是不是全部把它整理成剩下熊讚，內部也要花一兩個月的時間討論。
